Zinfandel from the great Heidi Barrett, winemaker for Screaming Eagle and Bryant Family. Howell Mountain fruit and extremely limited production, showing dense, concentrated and chewy fruit. With impressively well balanced acidity that suggests this wine will age quite well for half a decade or so. The wood exposure is new french oak and by no means, is it overbearing.
