Staff Selection! We like this Champagne for it's apricot and almond aromatics, it's nice tight bubbles and it's light peach appeal on the palate. A very easy going Champagne, not yeasty and not toasty but rather the opposite side of the flavor spectrum. 88 pts from Wine Spectator!
