I you like the Moscato that you tried at the Olive Garden, then this is the bubbly Moscato d' Asti for you! Refreshingly light, this soft bubbly white wine is reminiscent of apple cider and it is only 5.5% alcohol. Very fruity and best served ice cold. Muscat Cannelli, which grows well here in the valley as well as Paso Robles, was originally made popular in Piedmont, in the north of Italy, in a town called Asti. Mocato d'Asti's are more than slighty effervescent yet their bubbles are not as intense as Champagne.
