Nick's Pick! Nicely balanced, daily quaffer. A relatively dry, straight forward wine with nice acidity and earth components as well as soft fruit and tannin structure. Staff Pick! We love the entire Trapiche line, excellent price for the quality. This is our choice for grilled chicken, chicken marsala or even oso bucco wine because it has just enough fruit to got down easy, subtle earth, soft tannins and a palate cleansing finish that does well with a little bit of food.
