This Grenache Blanc, a white Rhone varietal, is loaded with vibrant acidity and lovely minerality on the finish. The calcareous soil really shines through with this varietal as terroir contributes a huge amount to the appeal and draw of this unusual white. Has a full mouth feel but there is no oak nor any malo-lactic fermentation. Not a citrus driven wine, but reminiscent of more subtle, fleshy fruits like pear and lychee.
