Winemaking Notes The grapes for our 2008 Pinot Noir were harvested between August 16th and September 5th with an average brix of 25.9. After fermenting on the skins for 6-9 days, the must was pressed and the resulting wine finished fermentation in Stainless Steel tanks. The wine then received the equivalent of approximately 6 months of aging in French Oak barrels.
Tasting Notes Medium Garnet in color and aromas of Cherry, Strawberry and Raspberry are accompanied by a bouquet of Vanilla and Cocoa. Round and soft in the mouth, with bright red berry flavors, fruit and oak are well balanced in the finish.
