Produced at the Peachy Canyon Winery facilities, Chronic Cellars is made by the sons of the owners of Peachy Canyon. While is started out as a pleasant venture for fun, it has quickly taken off and now demand exceeds production level. Purple Paradise, the most affordable red in the Chronic portfolio, is a fruit driven Zinfandel with lots of Blackberry fruit both on the nose, and on the forward palate. Finishing dry with vibrant acidity, Pair-A-Dice accompanies Italian food quite well.
