The 2007 Soave Classico La Frosca is gorgeous in its expression of varietal character. Ripe apricots, mint, flowers and minerals flow onto the palate, with an extra level of volume and depth than is found in most Soaves. This bottling is aged partly in stainless steel and partly in oak. Anticipated maturity: 2008-2010.

Exceptional Italian White Wine! My favorite for the Summer! Loaded with complexity both in the aromatics and on the palate. Lots of flavor and subtle secondary characteristics with a lush body that holds up to a variety of hot weather cuisine but pairs beautifully with dry and creamy cheeses!
