When you try it, you will understand why UC Davis has named a grape after this wine. Truly special Sauvignon Blanc, tremendously refreshing with bright acidity and the musque gives it lovely aromatics. Exceptionally good with alfredo sauces, dry cheeses or seafood dishes.
