A lighter bodied Nebbiolo that can be enjoyed at a young age. Vibrant acidity and engaging fruit, it is ripe but the tannins are super soft for Nebbiolo. Nice bright acidity making it a perfect pairing for roasted meats or stews with brown sauces. This is light enough to pair with rabbit or pheasant but substantial enough to hold up to Oso Buco.
