Giornata is the passion project of Fresno State Enology Grads Stephanie and Brian Terrizzi. The Terrizzi's interned in Piedmont, Italy and truly love Italian varietals. Situated in Paso Robles, the Terrizzi's have capitalized on Paso's ability to nuture Italian varietals and they strive to introduce Americans to the depth and variety of grapes that Italiands work with successfully. Aglianico is very rare and this presentation of this grape is unusually intense. A truly special wine, one not to be missed!
