I just love the way this Ventana Vineyard Grenache explodes with raging aromas of rose petals, white cracked pepper, and spice. These aromas are then teamed with hints of citrus fruit, more specifically, grapefruit. After this theatrical by the nose, the palate stirs up memories of how tannins can be chewy in a Grenache, but because of the earthiness and great balanced finish, the tannins are more than welcomed.

Fresno State Enology Graduate, Oscar Ramos, makes this impressive tribute to valley fruit. Oscar uses fruit throughout the Central Valley and Central Coast. We like Oscar's style. Easy drinking, smooth and rich wines. Excellent for entertaining as they promise to be big crowd pleasers.
