The estateÆs 2005 Chianti Classico Riserva Marchesi Antinori is sweet, supple and perfumed, with attractive layers of dark fruit that emerge from its medium-bodied frame. The wine possesses terrific intensity in a graceful, weightless style that is sure to find many admirers. The 2005 is an especially successful version of this bottling. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2020.
