Nick's Pick for Good Collectable!

This Collectable is relatively ready to drink. As it is a Magnum, and a substantial 1997, it would benefit from some air but be sure to have a glass immediately because it will be truly an experience to try this excellent Brunello as it developes and breaths. The secondary characteristics are where the true complexity lives in this wine and they should be showing quite well now!
