Wine Return & Refund Policy
BY LAW, we are unable to accept returns on wine unless the product is corked or flawed.
Corked or flawed bottles: If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can't take back any empty bottles! We willmake every effort to replace the bottle with same vintage, however due to the limited supply of many wines another vintage or comperable substitute with be exchanged.
On older vintages, we make every effort to secure wines that are in top condition, and we do not accept questionable goods. For wines that are five years old or older, it is the industry standard and the policy of Nick's Wine Corner that such wines are purchased at the buyer's risk in case of a problem.
Order Error: If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please call our order department (888-229-0656) or send an e-mail to info@NicksWineCorner.com right away. NicksWineCorner.com will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us right away for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you. For this reason, it is vital that you let us know of any error immediatly to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.
Extreme Weather:Nick's Wine Corner assumes no liability for wine damaged due to poor weather during transport. This can include leakage or corks pushing out of the neck as well as "frozen wine pops". So, be sure of shipping conditions before placing a ship order. If you choose a shipping option, WE WILL SHIP regardless of conditions in your area, so be careful. Please take advantage of our FREE SUMMER or WINTER STORAGE program if you are concerned about high and low temperatures during shipping. (Minimum 6 bottles) up to 3 months.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale, as well as your and our respective rights and obligations hereunder, shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction with any wine purchased from us. In no event shall our liability ever exceed the purchase price actually paid by you for such wine.
