Adami Garbél Brut Prosecco NV
In the ancient local dialect, garbèl, when referring to wine, means dry and crisp, pleasantly tart. Our Garbèl is a highly esteemed sparkling wine produced from vineyards in the Colli Trevigiani that yield grapes which long experience has destined exclusively for outstanding wines. The area, which includes the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene zone, lies close to the high mountains; it enjoys warm but not humid summers, and the significant diurnal temperature differences are very favourable during the grape ripening period. The nose releases crisp-edged, complex notes of fruit, and the palate is full-flavoured, with a crisp acidity. Garbèl is a wonderfully versatile sparkler: its 13 grams of residual sugar place it between the Brut and Extra Dry styles and suit it admirably for wine bars and for enjoying apart from a meal.

Montevetrano Colli di Salerno Rosso 2012Deep ruby-red in color, aromas of blackberries and spices complement undertones of black currants, licorice, tobacco, earth, and leather. On the palate, Montevetrano is full-bodied, yet elegant with fine-grained tannins and a rich, silky texture. Food Pairings: Pair this wine with roasted beef, demi glaces, black truffle ravioli, and beef Wellington.
Ornellaia Ornellaia 2013What appeared to be a disadvantage for the 2013 vintage - late budding and flowering - proved to be a major advantage thanks to a warm summer and month of September offering textbook conditions for harvesting, with cool temperatures but a prevalence of sunny weather. This resulted in slow but complete ripening with great balance and a delightful aromatic quality, which we like to define as "Elegance". Ornellaia 2013, with its dense, vibrant colour, has a nose of splendid aromatic complexity built around a limpid and brilliant fruitiness, underscored by refined spicy and balsamic notes. The mouth develops vibrant and complex fruity nuances framed by a dense, slender structure with tannins that attain a rare harmony between firmness and fleshiness, concluding with a long balanced and fresh finish.
Resonance Vineyards Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2015TASTING NOTE Deep and brilliant dark ruby color. On the nose, aromas of red fruits pair elegantly with a touch of spice and wood. Flavors such as cherries and currants standout in the mouth and finish with soft tannins and a pleasant minerality. FOOD PAIRING Pairs well with poultry or red meat, as well with heavier seafood and roasted vegetables
Lail J. Daniel Cuvée 20142014 was another drought year in the Napa Valley, again yielding a crop of small, intensely flavored grapes (especially from our two mountain vineyard sites). As is often the case, this J. Daniel Cuvée is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, showing off the beautiful energy and purity of this vintage. The aromas and flavors tilt toward the black fruits family, including black raspberry, black cherry, boysenberry and blackberry. It has that creamy, regal mid-palate that is a signature of this flagship bottling, and a perfect balance that should allow it to grow and improve for many years to come.
Talley Vineyards Rosemary's Vineyard Pinot Noir 2014Overlooking the Pacific Ocean and surrounding Rosemary Talley's home, Rosemary's Vineyard is the coolest site at Talley Vineyards and produces exceptional pinot noir with bright flavors, firm structure and refreshing energy. Light garnet in hue, the 2014 vintage of Rosemary's Vineyard Pinot Noir is true to character and expresses aromas of black cherry and plum. A sweet attack leads to mid-palate richness that finishes with a subtle touch of spice and refreshing minerality. Enjoy with beef carpaccio or roasted quail.
Talley Vineyards Estate Pinot Noir 2014The 2014 vintage of Estate Pinot Noir is bright crimson in appearance and expressive of the distinctive character of the Arroyo Grande Valley which produces well structured pinot noir. Mineral notes in the aroma are complemented by hints of cranberry chutney and a faint trace of cigar box. On the palate, this elegant and well balanced pinot noir displays notes of bright raspberry and a touch of black pepper. With refreshing acidity and great structure, this wine is ready to enjoy now but will age gracefully over the next decade. Pair the 2014 Estate Pinot Noir with grilled quail or smoked salmon crostini.
Vietti Barolo Castiglione 2013Pair with a hearty stew, wild game, roasted red meats and cheeses.
Ceretto Barolo 2013This is a classic Barolo - light garnet in color with Barolo's quintessential aromas of roses, tart cherries, and hints of truffles. Ceretto's Barolo DOCG is extraordinarily approachable now, but it will continue to reward the patient wine drinker as it evolves over the course of several years.
Vietti Roero Arneis 2015Pale sunshine yellow color with fresh floral, citrus and melon aromas with hints of almond. An unoaked, dry, medium bodied white wine with crisp acidity, the Arneis is well-balanced, elegant wine with good complexity and a lingering finish. Food Pairings: As an aperitif with light hors d'oeuvres, crudités, seafood, salads, light soups, simply prepared veal, pork, chicken and creamy cheeses.
