We're sorry, but this product is not currently available.

Great freshness to the nose, where we find morello cherry, cassis, pomegranate and black cherry. Spice notes -from the cabernet component- touch on black peppercorn, clove and paprika, are complemented by oral, herbal and balsam notes. The pliable sweet tannins alternate with the fruit and spice notes through the long finish.

Wine AdvocateThe 2014 Cocodrilo Corte is a blend ("corte" is the word used in Argentina to denote blends) of Cabernet Sauvignon with 14% Cabernet Franc and some 9% Malbec and it also mixes origins, as it contains fruit from Valle de Uco, Maipú and Luán de Cuyo in similar proportions. It fermented in stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic and aging in oak to complete an élevage of 15 months, with some 20% of the barrels new and made of American oak. Tasting this side by side with the 2015, you clearly notice a riper and warmer vintage in 2014, with plumier notes, an herbal touch and nicely integrated spices. The palate is round, lush and sleek, with fine-grained, plumpy tannins. 42,000 bottles produced.
