Cade Napa Cuvée Cabernet Sauvignon 2014The 2014 vintage was more than ideal in Napa Valley. We had perfect growing condidtions in 2014 with no rain during the harvest months and warm temperatures resulting in wines with amazing color, huge density, and great extration.
Vietti Roero Arneis 2015Pale sunshine yellow color with fresh floral, citrus and melon aromas with hints of almond. An unoaked, dry, medium bodied white wine with crisp acidity, the Arneis is well-balanced, elegant wine with good complexity and a lingering finish. Food Pairings: As an aperitif with light hors d'oeuvres, crudités, seafood, salads, light soups, simply prepared veal, pork, chicken and creamy cheeses.
Elouan Reserve Pinot Noir 2015For our very first Elouan Reserve Pinot Noir we relied entirely on fruit sourced from the Rogue Valley AVA of southern Oregon - the warmest and driest of Oregon's viticultural areas. Rogue's Mediterranean climate consistently produces powerhouse pinots with deep plum notes, abundant yet supple tannins, and a sweet red fruit core. That was particularly true in the 2015 vintage, which is why we chose to produce this limited-production offering. The wine has a deep, shimmering ruby red color and aromas of rich, ripe dark plums, red cherries and black currant jam with subtle touches of pepper spice, mushrooms and earthiness. You will taste a sweet, red fruit core, good structure and depth of flavor, with soft tannins balanced by fresh lingering acidity.
Pasqua Amarone della Valpolicella 2012A deep red in colour, it has an expansive bouquet, with fresh, positive scents of fruits such as blackberries and cherries. On the palate it displays spicy tones that remind one of chocolate and freshly-roasted coffee, as well as sweetish vanilla-like notes from its long maturation in wood. It is warm and well-balanced, with gentle tannins and a long finish. Food Pairings: Excellent with grilled red meat, powerful game stews and aged, rich cheeses.
Lail J. Daniel Cuvée 20142014 was another drought year in the Napa Valley, again yielding a crop of small, intensely flavored grapes (especially from our two mountain vineyard sites). As is often the case, this J. Daniel CuvÃ©e is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, showing off the beautiful energy and purity of this vintage. The aromas and flavors tilt toward the black fruits family, including black raspberry, black cherry, boysenberry and blackberry. It has that creamy, regal mid-palate that is a signature of this flagship bottling, and a perfect balance that should allow it to grow and improve for many years to come.
Pasqua Romeo & Juliet Passimento Bianco 2015This is an alluring white wine. Intense aromas of citrus fruits, almond and peaches on the nose, followed by a palate which is refreshing and well balanced with a lingering finish. Food Pairings: To be served at 8 -10°C with seasoned cheeses, aperitifs or with your preferred recipes.
Quintessa Illumination Sauvignon Blanc 20152015 Illumination is a wine of exceptional aromatic complexity and purity. The bright fruit aromas of white peach and lemon sorbet interweave with fresh herbs, fig and beeswax honey. On the palate, the wine is alive with exotic stone fruit, lemon zest, and a hint of minerality that lead to a fresh flavorful finish.
Matchbook The Arsonist Chardonnay 2015A luscious wine with seamless integration of oak and fruit, Matchbook's 2015 The Arsonist Chardonnay showcases the quality of the Dunnigan Hills. We hand select the best barrel lots of our estate grown fruit to craft this Chardonnay. Enticing aromas of brown butter and honeysuckle mingle with baking spices and vanilla. Honey, melon and stone fruit flavors bring this rich wine to life with hints of toasty oak in the mid-palate. The Arsonist is big and creamy, yet welcoming in its nuanced synthesis of flavors. Pair with fettuccini alfredo, poached lobster drawn in butter or with your favorite salmon recipe.

Perrier Jouet Belle Epoque with Glasses 2008The sophisticated, generous character of the cuvée Belle Epoque 2008 pairs wonderfully with the salty freshness of seafood, tender poultry's subtle flavours and the purity of lightly sugared fruit desserts. Ideally served at 10-12°C, this cuvée can provide mouth-watering matches to delight the eye and palate in equal measure.
Obsidian Ridge Half Mile 2015This wine is one of the darkest wines we've ever made from Obsidian Ridge (and that's saying something), with aromas of fresh blackberry juice and black cherries laced with brown sugar. The texture is velvety smooth, and the wine is packed with generous fruit. Flavors of ripe black cherries and blackberries are complemented by intriguing hints of pencil lead shavings,roasted coffee beans and the bark of cedar. This is a massive wine that still holds its balance with graceful acid and tannin through the finish.
