The perfume is intense and persistent. One can recall in the nose clear sensations of fruit. For the taste, one immediately preceives the broad acidity and the spicy minerality, typical of a vine cultivated in Tufo. Immediately following, there are soft notes of balsamic. Food pairings: Drink with raw fish, bufala mozzarella and first courses of white meats.

Wine EnthusiastEnticing aromas of honeysuckle, citrus blossom and stone fruit take shape in the glass. The palate offers juicy pineapple, green apple, white peach, mint and mineral alongside bright acidity.

Wine AdvocateThe easygoing 2014 Greco di Tufo exhibits a very floral bouquet with white rose, jasmine and honey. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and sees some sur lie contact for extra intensity. It's a lean and crisp expression of Greco that would pair with fried shrimps or raw tuna carpaccio. It has both the acidity and the immediacy to make a good aperitivo choice.
