Inama Vigneto du Lot Soave ClassicoIntense yellow color. The nose is powerful and varies towards honey of sweet field flowers such as camomile, elder flower, iris. On the palate the wine shows excellent structure and weight with an intense, creamy, complex finish of sweet almond and vanilla. Shellfish cooked also in oriental recipes.
Honoro Vera Garnacha 2016The grapes come from vineyards, 30-40 years old, with yields of 2T/Ha and located high on the hillsides, 700-900 metres above sea level. The vineyards are planted in mainly decomposed slate and gravely clay soils. The fermentation was carried out in small stainless steel tanks for 15 days at temperetures below 27oC, and then spent a short period of two months in French oak barrels. It exhibits greater aromatic complexity, richness with mineral and blueberry notes leading to a savory and spicy wine nicely balanced and very easy to drink. FOOD PAIRINGS Rice, pasta (noodles, spaghetti, macaroni), white and blue fish, goat cheese, cold meat, vegetables, lentil soup, peas, mushroom, beef, chicken, roast meat, red and white grill meat. SERVICE TEMPERATURE 14 - 16 oC
Jack Creek Estate Pinot Noir 2014Aged for 11 months in French Oak (30% new), the 2014 vintage was quite similar to the 2013, a blessing! This wine was recently bottled and we recommend you hold on to it for 6 months, or decant before drinking. The wine has gorgeous notes of raspberry, cranberry and sage. Drink mid 2016 through 2022.

The Russian River Valley Chardonnay ages sur lie for enhanced complexity, flavor and texture. Chardonnay of this vintage showcases intense fruit and crisp acidity.
Mount Veeder Cabernet Sauvignon 2015Deep ruby in color with aromas of dark, ripe fruit, plum, cassis, and fig with complex hints of porcini and smoked meats. Over time, dark chocolate, bergamot, with underlying hints of bay, dried herb, and peppercorn emerge on the nose. Rich, full-bodied with generous Cabernet structure, yet a very supple mouthfeel. Brambly with berry, peppercorn, and olive that fill the palate and lead to a long, lingering finish of dark fruit and notes of crÃÂ¨me brÃÂ»lÃÂ©e.
Castellare di Castellina Chianti Classico 2016Located in the Chianti Classico commune of Castellina, this Castellare offering is comprised primarily of the local Sangiovese grape, Sangioveto. Research begun in the late 1970s allowed Castellare to isolate this clone and enabled the winery to make this very unique style of a Tuscan classic.
MAN Free-run Steen Chenin Blanc 2017A crisp, expressive, light bodied wine. Light straw in appearance. Vibrant aromas of quince, pear and pineapple. On the palate, fresh stone fruit and apple flavours are backed by refreshing acidity, minerality and a full-bodied mouthfeel. A versatile food wine that will pair well with poultry, shellfish and vegetable dishes. Also fabulous as an aperitif for a hot summer afternoon. Great to drink now, but ages beautifully over 2-5 years. Serve chilled.

Cardella Winery Sangiovese Vineyard 22 California 2012Staff Selection! Local Favorite brought in by Popular Demand. - Quite a ripe, youthful and showy, dominated by red fruit especially wild raspberries. Lots of earthy undertones, hint of spice and oregano which gets more exagerated as it warms. A touch of cherry Pez candy to me on the after taste. Highly recommended, slightly chilled and served with pepperoni pizza or pasta with spicy sausages and Arrabiata sauce. Word on the local grapevine has been encouraging Nick to take a closer look at Cardella for years now. - D'Arcy Barrett
